AI × Operations Strategist × Process Innovator | Designing Growth-Focused, Compliant Workflows for the Future

About

Twenty years (and counting) in operations taught me that "synergy" is just a fancy word for "please make this chaos work." I specialize in production planning, indirect procurement, and keeping operations running smoothly, preferably without the 2am crisis calls.

My career started in international banking before I spent years in the trenches with small businesses and startups across pre-employment screening, construction, logistics consulting, and manufacturing. I helped built systems from scratch, stretching budgets, and doing the work of three people. Recently transitioned back to international operations where I get to apply that startup resourcefulness to enterprise-scale problems. Bigger company, same chaos, but with better resources and more approval chains.

Developed an AI research assistant to help manage information overload and competing priorities. Learning AI development while studying international business law seemed like either efficient multitasking or terrible judgment, but it turns out building your own AI tools is surprisingly addictive.

Educational Background

MSc in Procurement, Logistics & Supply Chain Management
University of Salford, Class of 2025

LLM in International Business Law (In Progress)
University of Liverpool

Understanding the legal frameworks behind global supply chains and operations might prove to be useful. Still seems like a good idea, most days.

What I Care Deeply About

Lean efficiency, responsible sourcing, and ESG compliance, not because they're trendy, but because waste (whether it's resources, time, or ethics) eventually shows up on the balance sheet. I'm interested in the intersection of supply chain strategy, legal frameworks, and business operations that create lasting value rather than short-term wins.
